Retail Training and Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee global training and communication resources for HOKA retail team members.

• Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions focused on service, operations, product knowledge, and visual merchandising.

• Create and enhance training materials in collaboration with brand, global, and regional partners, ensuring alignment with GTM priorities.

• Evaluate effectiveness through metrics such as NPS, sales performance, audit scores, onboarding, and employee feedback.

• Articulate priorities that optimize the impact of essential programs and operational initiatives.

• Formulate communication strategies tailored to various regions, audiences, and learning preferences.

• Represent field insights and collect feedback to enhance communication effectiveness.

• Assist in regional conferences and events by providing programming, guidelines, and best practices.

• Plan, produce, and edit video content for leadership aimed at retail teams.

• Track eNPS and pinpoint opportunities for engagement enhancement.

• Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to advocate for the retail perspective and promote operational excellence.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 to 7 years of experience in retail and/or training environments.

• Proficient in global training facilitation.

• Experienced in optimizing learning management systems (LMS).

• Skilled in creating digital content.

• Background in communication strategy.

• Proven experience in stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with video production.

• Strong employee engagement capabilities.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Demonstrated organizational agility.

• Ability to collaborate across functions.

• Interested candidates must reside in one of the approved states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin.
