Region Manager, Graphic Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of sales professionals focused on achieving profitable growth, maintaining key customer relationships, and enhancing market share within Ricoh's Commercial & Industrial Printing portfolio.

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies.

• Manage territory oversight.

• Mentor and develop members of the sales team.

• Establish executive-level relationships with key clients.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, Professional Services, and executive leadership to pinpoint growth opportunities and deliver Ricoh solutions.

• Direct strategic account planning and contract negotiations.

• Implement initiatives for Commercial & Industrial Printing.

• Foster customer retention, account growth, and acquisition of new business.

• Meet revenue, profitability, market share, KPI, and sales activity goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• Over 5 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams.

• More than 10 years of experience in sales and/or sales leadership in complex solution-based selling.

• Preferred experience in Digital Printing Solutions, Graphic Communications, or related fields.

• Formal training in solution-selling or strategic-selling methods.

• Strong skills in strategic thinking, executive communication, negotiation, and account management.

• Willingness to travel domestically 50-75%, with occasional international travel.

• This is a home office-based position.

• Personal vehicle is required.
