Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory comprising Home Depot and Lowes accounts.

• Responsible for managing retail accounts and coordinating daily activities, which include account visits.

• Evaluate metrics using SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to optimize customer routing schedules.

• Drive top-line sales to meet quarterly and annual point of sale (POS) objectives.

• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to align strategies with retail targets.

• Assess POS by store and promotional performance to formulate sales plans.

• Work alongside the Sales Operations team to ensure adequate inventory for promotions.

• Execute strategies based on market trends and SKU-level details.

• Implement national overdrive strategies to enhance product sell-through.

• Engage with Store and District Key Decision Makers regarding key initiatives.

• Partner with retail service providers to ensure accountability and implement corrective actions.

• Utilize sales enablement tools to identify sales gaps and devise plans to address them.

• Manage budgets (T&E, Demo Tool) to enhance profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales within the Consumer Goods Industry.

• Willingness to travel regionally and work occasional weekends (approximately 8-10 times a year).

• Ability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products, including the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Proficient in analyzing Power BI and SalesForce data to create strategic growth plans.

• Familiarity with IT Business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Must successfully pass a drug test and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
