Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a designated territory comprising Home Depot and Lowes accounts

• Responsible for managing retail accounts and daily operations, which include visits to retail locations

• Evaluate metrics using SalesForce, Power BI, and ShowPad to strategically plan customer routing schedules

• Propel Top Line Sales to achieve quarterly and annual POS objectives

• Collaborate with Store and District Managers to align strategies with specific retail goals

• Assess POS data by store and analyze promotional performance to create tailored sales plans for stores and territories

• Work in close coordination with the Sales Operations team to ensure adequate inventory for promotional initiatives

• Develop execution strategies based on emerging trends and SKU-level details

• Promote and implement national event activations to boost sales

• Connect with Store and District Key Decision Makers to communicate significant initiatives

• Oversee budgets (T&E, Demo Tool, etc.) to enhance profitability

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Retail Sales within the Consumer Goods sector

• Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally work weekends (8-10 times a year)

• Ability to handle, train on, and demonstrate products, including the capacity to lift up to 50lbs

• Proficient in analyzing Power BI and SalesForce data to formulate strategic growth plans

• Familiarity with IT business systems (BW, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Must successfully pass a drug test and MVR
