Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives across designated accounts utilizing retail selling techniques and customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing recruitment, training, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within retail locations.

• Offer on-site sales guidance to clients and capture additional sales opportunities.

• Implement corporate programs effectively.

• Customize data-driven sales tactics to align with store demographics and client requirements.

• Foster collaborative relationships with store staff.

• Assign merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Supervise product ordering, display setup, and unsellable item management alongside Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and manage store schedules.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the residing state.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a solid understanding of sales principles and business systems.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.; push and pull as needed.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.

• Must reside within 40 miles of the specified cities in Washington territory.
