Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth within assigned accounts through effective retail selling techniques and executing customer plans.

• Lead and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, overseeing their hiring, coaching, and performance development.

• Ensure the successful implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within stores.

• Offer expert, on-site sales guidance to customers, identifying incremental opportunities and executing headquarters programs.

• Customize data-driven sales approaches according to store demographics and customer requirements to enhance territory growth.

• Foster strong relationships with store personnel to pinpoint opportunities and deliver exceptional service.

• Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Manage product ordering, display implementation, and unsaleables oversight in partnership with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).

• Develop and implement an effective store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is strongly preferred.

• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• 3-5 years of sales experience with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.

• Capability to engage in physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying weights up to 25 lbs., with occasional lifting over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation is required.
