Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives across designated accounts by utilizing retail selling techniques and customer-focused plans.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing hiring, training, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within stores.

• Offer on-site sales advice to clients and capitalize on additional opportunities.

• Implement corporate programs effectively.

• Customize data-driven sales tactics according to store demographics and customer requirements.

• Foster partnerships with store staff to pinpoint opportunities and enhance service delivery.

• Allocate merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf visibility and sales volume.

• Supervise product ordering, display setup, and management of unsaleables with Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and implement store schedules to enhance relationships and drive performance.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a solid sales background and an understanding of business processes and systems.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.; push and pull as needed.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background verification.

• Must reside within 40 miles of the specified cities in South Carolina.
