This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by driving growth within assigned accounts through effective retail selling techniques and implementing customer plans.
• Inspire Leadership: Recruit and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, overseeing their hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Execute with Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in-store.
• Consult and Sell: Deliver expert, on-site sales advice to customers, identifying additional opportunities and executing corporate programs.
• Strategize for Growth: Customize data-driven sales tactics based on store demographics and customer requirements to enhance territory expansion.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster robust partnerships with store staff to uncover opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Optimize Resources: Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf presence and increase sales volume.
• Champion Store Success: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Own the Cadence: Create and implement an effective store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive performance.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued in the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is highly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, including a solid sales background with a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to engage in physical activities (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check is necessary.
