This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Achieve Targets: Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by fostering growth within assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer strategies.
• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee a smooth implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in-store.
• Consult and Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales advice to customers, securing additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.
• Strategic Growth Planning: Customize data-driven sales strategies to align with store demographics and customer requirements for territory expansion.
• Relationship Building: Develop robust partnerships with store personnel to uncover opportunities and provide exceptional service.
• Resource Optimization: Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to enhance shelf visibility and increase sales volume.
• Champion Store Performance: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Maintain Consistency: Create and implement an effective store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Minimum age of 18 years and possession of a valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, with a college degree strongly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a solid sales foundation and a thorough understanding of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks (frequent lifting, bending, and carrying of up to 25 lbs., occasionally more than 50 lbs., pushing, pulling, etc.).
