Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals across designated accounts by utilizing retail selling techniques and tailored customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Implement sales initiatives and merchandising strategies within retail locations.

• Offer on-site sales advice to clients and identify additional sales opportunities.

• Customize data-driven sales approaches according to store demographics and customer preferences.

• Foster relationships with store staff and pinpoint sales prospects.

• Coordinate the deployment of merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales volume.

• Supervise product ordering, display implementation, and management of unsaleables alongside Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and manage store schedules aimed at enhancing relationships and achieving results.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.

• A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with a robust sales background and familiarity with business processes and systems.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.; push and pull as needed.

• Successful passing of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.

• Must reside within 40 miles of the designated territory cities.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.
