Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals for designated accounts by utilizing retail selling techniques and customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, which includes recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within stores.

• Offer on-site sales advice and identify additional opportunities for growth.

• Implement corporate programs effectively.

• Customize data-driven sales approaches to align with store demographics and customer requirements.

• Foster collaborative relationships with store staff and provide exceptional service.

• Allocate merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales volume.

• Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleable items with Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and implement store schedules.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3 to 5 years of sales experience with a solid sales foundation and comprehension of business operations and systems.

• Capability to regularly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs., along with performing pushing and pulling tasks.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background verification is required.

• Must reside within 40 miles of the designated territory cities.
