This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives by fostering growth within assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and implementing customer strategies.
• Lead with Influence: Inspire and manage a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, overseeing hiring, coaching, and performance development.
• Execute with Precision: Guarantee the successful implementation of sales initiatives and merchandising programs in retail locations.
• Consult & Sell: Offer expert, on-site sales advice to customers, securing additional opportunities and executing corporate programs.
• Strategize for Growth: Develop data-driven sales strategies tailored to store demographics and customer needs to enhance territory expansion.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster robust partnerships with store personnel to pinpoint opportunities and deliver exceptional service.
• Maximize Resources: Strategically allocate merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf visibility and sales volume.
• Champion Store Performance: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).
• Own the Schedule: Create and implement an effective store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive outcomes.
• Prioritize Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by the residing state.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is highly preferred.
• A flexible work schedule is necessary, including availability on weekends and holidays.
• 3-5 years of sales experience is required, demonstrating a solid sales background and a strong grasp of business processes and systems.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.
• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check is mandatory.
