Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth across designated accounts through retail selling strategies and implementing customer action plans.

• Lead and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure the seamless execution of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within the store environment.

• Offer expert, on-site sales advice to customers, capturing additional opportunities and implementing headquarters programs.

• Adapt data-driven sales approaches to align with store demographics and customer requirements to promote territory growth.

• Build robust relationships with store staff to pinpoint opportunities and provide exceptional service.

• Strategically allocate merchandizers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Supervise product ordering, display implementation, and management of unsaleables in partnership with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).

• Develop and implement an effective store schedule to enhance relationships and drive outcomes.

• Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory; a college degree is strongly preferred.

• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• 3-5 years of sales experience, with a solid sales background and a comprehensive understanding of business processes and systems.

• Capability to engage in physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background investigation.
