Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives across designated accounts by utilizing retail selling techniques and customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing hiring, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives within retail locations.

• Offer on-site sales guidance and identify additional opportunities for growth.

• Carry out programs initiated at headquarters.

• Customize data-informed sales tactics to align with store demographics and customer requirements.

• Cultivate partnerships with store staff and provide exceptional service.

• Allocate Merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales performance.

• Supervise product ordering, display execution, and management of unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and implement store scheduling.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is strongly preferred.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• 3–5 years of sales experience with a solid sales foundation and comprehension of business processes and systems.

• Capability to regularly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., occasionally exceeding 50 lbs., as well as push and pull as required.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background screening.

• Must reside within 40 miles of the designated territory cities.
