Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives across designated accounts by utilizing retail selling techniques and customer strategies.

• Lead and motivate both full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing hiring, mentoring, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure the implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in retail locations.

• Offer on-site sales advice to clients and identify additional sales opportunities.

• Implement corporate programs effectively.

• Customize data-driven sales tactics to align with store demographics and customer requirements.

• Establish collaborative relationships with store staff and provide exceptional service.

• Assign merchandisers and order writers to optimize shelf presence and sales volume.

• Manage product ordering, display implementation, and unsaleables oversight with Full-Time Order Writers.

• Create and manage store schedules.

• Adhere to safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Possess a valid driver's license from the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.

• A college degree is highly desirable.

• Availability for a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of sales experience with a solid sales background and familiarity with business processes and systems.

• Capability to frequently lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs.; push and pull as needed.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background screening is required.

• Must reside within 40 miles of Stockton, Lodi, or Jackson, California.
