Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Achieve Targets: Attain monthly and quarterly sales objectives by driving growth within assigned accounts through retail selling techniques and executing customer strategies.

• Inspire Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of full-time and part-time Merchandisers, encompassing recruitment, coaching, and performance enhancement.

• Ensure Execution Excellence: Guarantee the seamless implementation of sales priorities and merchandising initiatives in-store.

• Consult & Sell: Deliver expert, on-site sales advice to customers, securing additional opportunities and executing headquarters programs.

• Strategize for Growth: Customize data-driven sales approaches to align with store demographics and customer requirements to promote territory expansion.

• Build Strong Relationships: Foster robust partnerships with store personnel to uncover opportunities and provide exceptional service.

• Optimize Resources: Effectively allocate merchandisers and order writers to maximize shelf impact and sales volume.

• Champion Store Success: Manage product ordering, display execution, and unsaleables in collaboration with Full-Time Order Writers (FTOWs).

• Own the Cadence: Create and implement an effective store schedule to enhance relationships and drive results.

• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Adhere to Mondelēz International’s safety and operational protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence.

• High School Diploma or GED is required; a college degree is highly preferred.

• A flexible work schedule is essential, including availability on weekends and holidays.

• 3-5 years of sales experience, with a solid sales background and a thorough understanding of business processes and systems.

• Ability to engage in physical activities, including frequent lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., and occasionally over 50 lbs., as well as pushing and pulling.

• Successful completion of a drug test, MVR check, and general background check is required.
