Retail Territory Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Build and sustain robust relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving sites.

• Enhance collection performance by pinpointing the root causes of failures.

• Improve customer satisfaction through regular site visits and tailored training for retailer personnel.

• Ensure the effective onboarding of new clients and establish agreements regarding asset recovery processes.

• Oversee and implement audit programs within the account portfolio.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to foster business growth initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a full UK driving licence.

• Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing or field-based position.

• More than 2 years of experience in Customer Service or Account Management within a service-oriented or FMCG context.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capacity to analyze data and identify trends.

• A people-centric approach with the confidence to influence decisions and solve problems.
