Retail & Supply Chain Insights Advisor

📋 Description

• Assist in the activities of the Supply Chain Knowledge Center (SCKC), showcasing commercial stewardship by identifying, influencing, and promoting revenue and growth opportunities through supply chain insights, solution implementation, and value-based storytelling in alignment with client and business goals.

• Communicate clearly and engage confidently with both internal and external stakeholders across various levels of seniority, fostering relationships to assist with inquiries and escalate matters as necessary.

• Maintain a client-centric approach by converting supply chain capabilities into compelling value narratives, facilitating solution adoption, and establishing long-term partnerships through data-driven storytelling and executive-level communication.

• Advocate for innovation within supply chain analytics by collaborating with appropriate teams to explore and implement AI-enabled enhancements that enhance insight generation, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Leverage structured feedback and stakeholder contributions to consistently refine SCKC offerings, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build robust relationships with clients

• A team-oriented individual with a positive outlook

• Capability to influence others without direct authority among internal teams

• Self-driven and capable of working independently

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Exceptional presentation abilities

• Proven experience in utilizing data to drive client outcomes

• Ability to apply quantitative data to demonstrate measurable results

• Strong business acumen coupled with structured problem-solving skills
