This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Optimize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction across retail locations in the Pittsburg, PA area.
• Educate, mentor, and enhance sales revenue within the Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales divisions.
• Manage client relationships and offer support for the complete Fiberon/Therma-Tru/Fypon product range.
• Propel top-line sales across various product lines within your designated territory.
• Adopt a strategic, opportunity-driven approach to account management and identify avenues for growth.
• Facilitate dynamic sales training workshops.
• Cultivate robust relationships with store staff and management.
• Ensure that newly opened and re-merchandised stores are set up on time with appropriate displays.
• Expand Pro Business by collaborating with Retail Pro Associates and distributor sales teams.
• Contribute to R&R revenue by fostering and supporting Retail In-Home Sales Consultants.
• Oversee in-aisle inventory and suggest modifications to optimize sales.
• A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with millwork or decking is advantageous.
• This is a field-based position requiring regular local travel on a daily basis.
• Must be able to travel overnight 3-4 nights each month.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
