Retail Sales Rep

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee flawless retail execution of sales and priority initiatives within a designated territory.

• Meet sales KPI targets, including overall sales growth within the assigned area.

• Create and uphold in-store displays while ensuring shelf integrity.

• Conduct audits on key Ferrara and Ferrero SKUs at front registers and center store to guarantee on-shelf availability.

• Utilize fact-based selling tools and technology to communicate priorities to Key Decision Makers (KDMs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Preferred: 1-2 years of successful experience in Retail and/or Consumer Goods.

• Preferred: Knowledge of the industry and retail sector.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Outlook.
