This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Conduct and finalize sales calls for designated store accounts within the assigned area to meet and surpass target sales objectives.
• Oversee the prompt implementation of all sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability for Chobani and the retailer.
• Expand the foundational business and enhance Chobani distribution within grocery channels across key platforms and accounts.
• Promote and sell promotional programs while ensuring customer adherence.
• Recognize and leverage opportunities to boost sales, shelf space, share of shelf, and account productivity while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Maintain suitable product inventory levels and ensure that the account adheres to company merchandising criteria.
• Represent the store-level customer perspective internally, providing reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and potential new products and services.
• Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising as needed for accounts.
• Merchandise Chobani products where necessary to support display and case goals, address voids, and reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Act as the Chobani Brand ambassador at the shelf, engaging with consumers to educate them on Chobani benefits and brands, converting them from competitors.
• Assist with in-store demonstrations to connect with consumers directly, driving household penetration and brand recognition.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent years of experience combined with education.
• Over 3 years of experience in the consumer products industry.
• Strong sales skills and the capability to influence store/ownership personnel using fact-based data selling.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently across a large market and manage multiple stores simultaneously.
• Proficient time-management and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for food.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform periodic lifting, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and maintain an excellent driving record for use during working hours.
