• Conduct and finalize sales calls for designated store accounts within the assigned territory to meet and surpass target sales objectives.
• Oversee the timely implementation of all sales programs and initiatives.
• Expand the existing business and enhance Chobani distribution in grocery stores across key platforms and accounts.
• Promote promotional programs and ensure compliance from customers.
• Spot opportunities to boost sales, increase shelf space, enhance share of shelf, and improve productivity in accounts while upholding customer service standards.
• Maintain suitable product inventory levels and ensure that accounts adhere to company merchandising guidelines.
• Act as the internal representative for the store-level customer perspective.
• Transport, replace, and manage point-of-sale advertising as needed for accounts.
• Merchandise Chobani products to support displays and prevent stockouts.
• Serve as the Chobani Brand ambassador at the shelf, engaging with consumers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience in conjunction with education.
• Over 3 years of experience in the consumer products industry.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to persuade store and ownership personnel through data-driven selling.
• Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
• Proficient time-management and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A spirit of entrepreneurship and a passion for food.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capable of periodic lifting, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Willingness to work some weekends.
• Must possess a personal vehicle and maintain an excellent driving record for work-related travel.
