Retail Sales & Execution Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct and finalize sales calls for designated store accounts within the assigned area

• Oversee the timely implementation of all sales programs and initiatives

• Enhance core business and broaden Chobani's distribution

• Promote and sell promotional programs

• Discover opportunities to boost sales, space, share of shelf, and productivity

• Ensure appropriate product inventory levels are maintained

• Represent the store-level customer perspective internally

• Transport, replace, and maintain point-of-sale advertising

• Merchandise Chobani products as necessary

• Serve as the Chobani Brand ambassador at the shelf

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent years of experience combined with education

• 3+ years of experience in the consumer products industry

• Strong sales skills and the capability to influence store/ownership personnel using fact-based data selling

• Self-driven and able to work independently in a large market

• Proficient in time management and scheduling

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for food

• Superior written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to perform periodic lifting, bending, reaching, and kneeling

• Must possess a personal vehicle and have an excellent driving record for work-related activities
