Retail Sales Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct hands-on demonstrations for our customers, highlighting the distinctive advantages of Dyson products across the Floor Care, Environmental Control, Personal Care, and Professional categories.

• Take personal accountability for meeting individual KPIs, which include daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.

• Uphold a high standard of visual merchandising in your designated area, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance Dyson's in-store visibility.

• Forge strong relationships with store management and staff.

• Availability for permanent weekend work.

• Experience in customer service and/or sales.

• Previous experience in a premium retail setting is a plus.

• A confident demeanor paired with a friendly and engaging personality.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to convey complex information in a simple manner.

• Ability to work autonomously.

• Strong time management skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Determination, passion, and a drive for achieving results.
