Retail Sales Analyst – US Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and monitor the status of trucks and shipments to guarantee timely deliveries.

• Arrange and coordinate appointments for both pickups and deliveries.

• Keep precise records of shipping activities and logistics information.

• Engage in effective communication with drivers, vendors, and warehouse personnel.

• Create reports for the logistics department.

• Execute basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

• Address inquiries from customers and internal teams concerning shipping status and logistics.

• Participate in team meetings to explore logistics planning and strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related area is preferred.

• Prior experience in logistics, administration, or a relevant field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel.

• Strong organizational capabilities and keen attention to detail.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with logistics software or tools is considered an advantage.
