This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee outbound shipments and ensure timely delivery to essential retail partners.
• Manage compliance with routing guides, along with booking and scheduling needs.
• Accurately maintain and monitor purchase orders across various systems.
• Act as a liaison for retailer logistics and buyer communication.
• Ensure that labeling and compliance standards are adhered to in order to prevent chargebacks.
• Monitor, challenge, and resolve deductions related to shipping and compliance issues.
• Keep internal teams informed about order status, delays, and operational challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, logistics, or supply chain support.
• Familiarity with retailer portals such as Walmart Retail Link, Menards, Dollar General, etc.
• Strong knowledge of routing guides, retail compliance, and labeling requirements.
• Proficient in managing purchase orders within ERP/order systems like NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, etc.
• Solid skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written communication abilities and sound operational judgment.
• Capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus Points For EDI experience (850 / 856 / 810).
• Experience with LTL / FTL freight coordination.
• Knowledge of chargeback and deduction dispute processes.
• Exposure to 3PL or warehouse operations.
