This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Join our Retail Onboarding Team and take an essential role in acquiring new retail customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, and enhancing their overall experience.

• Approximately 95% of your time will be dedicated to providing outstanding customer service through personalized interactions via phone, live online chat, and email (no automated responses here!).

• Work independently for about 80% of the day, while also collaborating remotely with team members and participating in meetings as needed.

• Become knowledgeable about our customers' needs, identifying opportunities to fill product gaps and generating creative ideas to grow our market share and improve the customer experience.

• Foster growth in our retail channel by managing the customer onboarding experience, offering onboarding assistance, complimentary setup support, and guidance from retail sign-up to account completion.

• Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and tackle issues with a focus on customer satisfaction while safeguarding our company's brand reputation.

• Conduct outreach to customers to ensure they complete the onboarding and setup process.

• Collaborate with your team to create resources that enhance customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience.

• Handle sensitive customer data securely and adhere to the company's data protection protocols.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail and ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Support or Call Center environment.

• Outstanding customer service abilities, characterized by strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting for about 80% of the day, effectively managing your tasks without constant oversight.

• Technologically proficient, with the capacity to quickly learn and adapt to new software and tools.

• Efficiently juggle multiple tasks, including making and receiving customer calls, responding to or sending emails, and managing chats. This role necessitates the ability to execute these tasks promptly while maintaining a professional and efficient workflow.

• Must possess the ability to securely handle sensitive customer information and comply with the company’s data protection protocols.

• Strong attention to detail is required to accurately document customer interactions in a timely fashion.

• This position entails sitting or standing for extended durations (8+ hours) while working on a computer.

• Consistent and reliable high-speed internet access is essential.

• A dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions is necessary.
