This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee customer onboarding and installation projects from initiation to completion.
• Arrange installation appointments with clients and external installation partners.
• Act as the main point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the onboarding phase.
• Monitor project milestones and ensure all necessary tasks are completed on time.
• Gather and organize client documentation and project assets, including site details and planograms.
• Provide project updates, timelines, and next steps to all relevant parties.
• Report technical issues to internal engineering teams and manage communication until resolved.
• Conduct remote quality assurance checks post-installation to confirm successful execution.
• Keep precise project documentation and update internal tracking systems accordingly.
• Recognize potential delays or risks and proactively collaborate with stakeholders to maintain project timelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, customer success, account coordination, or a related client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
• Experience coordinating with various stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to structured processes and checklists.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Nice to Have
• Background in supporting hardware deployments, field services, installations, or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience collaborating with installation vendors or third-party contractors.
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
