Customer Onboarding Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Oversee a collection of onboarding projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high quality standards.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and goals, assisting in the design of solutions and onboarding strategies that align with these objectives.

• Manage all project communications effectively, both internally and externally with clients.

• Provide education and support to clients regarding Qualio products and industry best practices.

• Identify and monitor project risks and issues, coordinating with internal teams to facilitate prompt resolution.

• Work closely with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer experience, and collaborate with the Product team to create efficient feedback channels for customer needs.

• Foster strong relationships with Product Management and Development teams, guaranteeing that all efforts are centered around the customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must possess ONE of the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Onboarding or Implementation within a B2B SaaS organization.

• At least 3 years of experience in a quality-focused role within a medical device, life sciences company, or another highly regulated industry.

• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to clients/customers.

• Strong communication skills across various platforms (video conferencing, phone, email).

• A willingness to learn and apply coaching feedback for personal improvement.

• Familiarity with project management software.

• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
