Onboarding & Customer Success – Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, E‑commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture relationships with e-commerce and agency clientele

• Evaluate current setups, pinpoint optimization possibilities, and enhance the integration of DatAds into daily operations

• Host regular client calls

• Assist customers via Slack, providing strategic advice on creatives and campaigns

• Discover growth potential within current client accounts

• Actively reach out to inactive or previous leads through the CRM

• Craft copy, emails, and brief updates for customer retention, success communication, and to support sales initiatives

• Collaborate closely with founders, Max and Daniel

• Contribute innovative ideas and continually refine internal processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance advertising, encompassing operational campaign management and strategic planning

• Familiarity with performance advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or TikTok

• Preferably experience in an agency setting or as an independent freelancer

• Hands-on approach with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset

• Possess a growth-oriented mindset and self-motivation

• Commitment to delivering results, taking responsibility, and contributing to building something great

• Confident and personable communication skills with clients, both in writing and during video calls

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
