This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Executing sales strategies within the German retail sector
• Engaging directly with retail chains to establish commercial terms and conditions while conducting negotiations
• Securing new clients and nurturing strong relationships with existing business partners
• Conducting market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Partnering with the Production and Quality Departments
• Reporting to the Sales Director
• A proven track record of at least 4 years in a similar role
• Experience collaborating with retail chains (e.g., Edeka, Rewe)
• Exceptional sales and negotiation abilities
• Strong understanding of the private label market
• Highly developed independent and complex project management skills
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very good verbal and written proficiency in German
• Additional knowledge of English is a plus
• Valid driving license
