Retail Insurance Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Retail Insurance Sales Team across the markets of Kansas, Oklahoma, and South Dakota.

• Operate remotely while traveling within the market 2 to 3 days weekly.

• Propel Insurance Sales by training and mentoring Insurance Sales Agents.

• Motivate agents to devise innovative strategies for lead generation and referrals.

• Create, execute, and refine sales plans and strategies aimed at boosting revenue growth.

• Address staffing requirements, including the recruitment, training, and evaluation of Property and Casualty insurance sales associates.

• Cultivate a collaborative and value-driven workplace culture.

• Develop cross-selling strategies and instruct associates on established procedures.

• Track individual performance and sales outcomes.

• Design and implement quality assessment tools and metrics.

• Formulate the annual budget for the Sales Department.

• Supply strategic sales guidance for Sales Associates.

• Conduct research and analysis to monitor demographic trends, seizing market opportunities while mitigating competitive challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance sector.

• 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a sales-driven environment.

• Proven ability to lead and coach individuals to achieve goals and objectives.

• A valid Property & Casualty license is mandatory.

• Capability to acquire a Life license within 60 days of employment.

• Familiarity with Salesforce, Applied EPIC, and various carriers/rater platforms is preferred.

• Strong project management and training abilities.

• Applicants must reside in Kansas, Oklahoma, or South Dakota.
