Retail Credit Desk Specialist – large-scale and high-value operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and discuss proposals that necessitate specialist approval levels, actively participating in decision-making committees.

• Function with an executive profile, showcasing exceptional communication, influence, and strategic negotiation skills with sponsors and partner departments.

• Ensure governance and operational effectiveness by preparing alignments, internal communications, studies, and management presentations.

• Organize analysis queues in a systematic manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with major credit tools (Serasa, Bacen (Brazilian Central Bank), Boa Vista, and other market bureaus).

• Capability to analyze corporate (legal entity) balance sheets.

• Strong interpersonal abilities, with a knack for assisting and training analysts at various levels.

• Demonstrated experience in credit analysis of high-value exposures.
