This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Accountable for fostering robust relationships to broaden and enhance the Fifth Third customer base.
• Offers guidance, coaching, and developmental support throughout the retail division regarding business development initiatives.
• Recognizes and disseminates best practices for effective team implementation of the sales process.
• Works alongside the sales team to oversee a pipeline of companies and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Engages with and collaborates with businesses to showcase the benefits of Fifth Third Bank.
• Formulates comprehensive strategies to surpass sales and customer service objectives.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of Small Business Banking products and services.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Banking.
• A minimum of 5+ years of sales management experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Strong business acumen is essential.
• Capability to collaborate and establish strong One Bank partnerships.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation communication skills.
• Demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong background in sales and sales coaching.
• Proven ability to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
