• Building and nurturing relationships with medium to large, complex, and high-performing auto dealer accounts within the designated market territory.
• Crafting and implementing strategies, proposals, and initiatives aimed at generating additional revenue by optimizing business opportunities.
• Evaluating the needs of auto dealers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Analyzing profitability and risk associated with ongoing relationships.
• Creating and executing procedures to enhance relationships when necessary while ensuring they remain profitable.
• Collecting any outstanding payments owed to WF Auto.
• Assisting in resolving customer-generated complaints through the Lines of Business or Enterprise complaints office.
• Ensuring that processes within the market territory align with corporate objectives.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Retail Auto Relationship Management, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, and education.
• Proficient in prospecting, sales, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Capable of negotiating, influencing, and collaborating effectively to foster successful relationships.
• Competent in contributing to the development and execution of sales and service goals to meet organizational and customer objectives.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Ability to engage with all levels within an organization.
• Proficient in interacting effectively and confidently with senior management.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization capabilities.
• Experience in auto finance.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
