This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the planning of the portfolio, including forecasting, reporting, governance execution, and decision-support activities for the U.S. Branch Network.
• Consolidate financial, operational, and portfolio data across Real Estate Services functions.
• Convert strategic goals and portfolio objectives into practical planning, forecasting, reporting, and governance actions.
• Create insights, recommendations, and materials suitable for executives regarding investment planning, prioritization, funding decisions, portfolio execution, and investment assessment.
• Recognize portfolio risks, opportunities, dependencies, and funding impacts, and effectively communicate findings to leadership.
• Direct forecasting, planning, and budget management for RES programs and real estate investments within USBN.
• Assist with annual planning, multi-year investment forecasts, financial reviews, forecasting assumptions, expense management, and reporting.
• Enhance portfolio funding through accurate forecasting, monitoring the investment pipeline, and improving funding utilization.
• Implement portfolio governance processes and review routines.
• Supervise executive reporting, dashboards, portfolio analytics, scenario analyses, and updates on investment performance.
• Track portfolio performance, project readiness, funding availability, and essential approvals.
• Foster accountability through structured reporting, governance, and portfolio oversight.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Design & Construction, Facilities Management, Transactions, Finance, Controllers, and USBN leadership.
• Propel process improvements in governance efficiency, operational effectiveness, investment readiness, and speed to market.
• Advocate for financial, operational, and governance controls; evaluate and escalate risks as necessary.
• Lead and coordinate a team focused on forecasting, analytics, reporting, and portfolio support.
• Over 10 years of experience in financial planning, corporate real estate, business analytics, program and portfolio management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing complex investment portfolios, governance processes, forecasting efforts, and cross-functional business initiatives.
• Strong capabilities in financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and decision support.
• Ability to distill complex information, align stakeholders, and facilitate informed decision-making across various functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the capacity to influence within a matrixed organization.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including skills in financial modeling, forecasting, analytical reporting, and managing large datasets.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, with experience in crafting executive-level presentations and management reports strongly preferred.
• Capability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
