Retail Account Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Drive sales for 3M within assigned clients and channels.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of retail and online customers.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Analytics, and Marketing.

• Oversee all sales forecasts and monthly targets, along with execution budgets for in-store and promotional activities.

• Lead Joint Business Plans with clients, line reviews, promotional strategies, and all internal/external meetings focused on the customer.

• Develop annual strategic plans for key accounts (vision, strategy, key objectives, success metrics, financial forecasts).

• Present and reinforce 3M's value proposition to distinguish the company from competitors' offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified before commencement) from an accredited institution.

• 2 years of combined external/internal sales experience in a private, public, governmental, or military environment.

• Valid and current driver's license.

• Ability to utilize data to identify sales trends, understand customer behavior, and make informed recommendations to enhance product placement and promotional strategies.
