This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Manage strategic relationships with both regional and national pharmacy partners, acting as their main point of contact, advocate, and advisor for growth.
• Facilitate collaborative business planning, forecasting, and the implementation of key initiatives that improve pull-through, margin performance, and patient engagement.
• Identify and implement high-impact programs related to pricing, marketing, technology integrations, and loyalty strategies.
• Navigate complex client organizations, from the C-suite to field operations, ensuring alignment on mutual goals and timelines.
• Lead the development of proposals for new initiatives and renewal cycles, taking full responsibility for scope, value modeling, and delivery planning.
• Deliver client performance reviews and growth roadmaps to executive audiences, both in-person and virtually.
• Monitor KPIs, collect partner feedback, and provide insights that shape Network Operations, pricing, and strategic direction at GoodRx.
• Proven people manager focused on performance coaching and the overall development of the team.
• Willingness to travel regularly (20–40%) for strategic planning sessions, business reviews, and industry events or conferences.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with a Master’s degree or 12 years with a Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or strategic partnerships within retail pharmacy or healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, high-volume accounts, preferably with national or enterprise-level clients.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy economics (margin, reimbursement, cost-to-fill), patient access, and point-of-sale operations.
• Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience in drafting and leading multi-stakeholder proposals and navigating lengthy sales cycles.
• Capability to work cross-functionally with retail contracting, Network operations, program implementation, marketing, and pricing analytics to ensure internal execution aligns with client expectations.
• Highly proficient in business tools such as Excel, Google Workspace, PowerPoint/Slides, and various collaboration platforms.
