Restaurant Partnerships – Events Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate activities related to trade shows, outreach to restaurants, partnerships, and scheduling for Chomp Show and Restaurant Association initiatives.

• Establish and nurture relationships with restaurants, agencies, vendors, and industry professionals to generate new business and media opportunities.

• Assist executive leadership with scheduling, communication, research, administrative coordination, and follow-up tasks.

• Travel up to 50% for trade shows, visits to restaurants, and attendance at industry events.

• Enhance the visibility of Chomp Show by identifying collaboration opportunities, organizing outreach initiatives, and aiding in production logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, hospitality, media, executive support, or business development is preferred.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

• Must be comfortable engaging with restaurant owners, agencies, and business executives.

• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities are required.

• Experience in managing schedules, calendars, travel arrangements, and follow-up activities is necessary.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities is crucial.

• Experience with social media, podcasting, webinars, or video coordination is a plus.

• Willingness to travel for trade shows, visits to restaurants, and events is expected.

• Must be prepared to travel up to 50% of the time.

• An Associate's Degree is preferred.

• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory.
