Respiratory Services Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Aids clinical teams in fulfilling daily responsibilities and outreach efforts for patients.

• Engages with patients, referral sources, and various teams to obtain necessary documentation.

• Performs daily compliance tasks, which include contacting patients and organizing appointments.

• Reviews insurance compliance criteria with patients.

• Provides education to patients regarding the usage and maintenance of PAP machines.

• Offers assistance in PAP charting when required.

• Collaborates with physicians or other clinicians to address patient care concerns.

• Processes supply orders for various items based on patient requests.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent GED.

• A minimum of six months of experience in the medical, insurance, healthcare, or DME sector.
