This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and uphold integrated capacity planning and scheduling information for more than 1,200 resources across various global business units.
• Assess incoming project requirements against resource skills, availability, and experience to suggest optimal team configurations.
• Assist in managing and sustaining scheduling databases within SPP/OpenAir and associated PSA tools.
• Ensure high levels of data accuracy during time-entry and alignment of forecasting systems.
• Track and report weekly, monthly, and quarterly utilization metrics, including billable versus non-billable utilization.
• Identify potential future resource supply and project demand discrepancies and highlight staffing limitations or bench-time risks.
• Produce trend-oriented operational analyses to aid leadership in making decisions regarding hiring, cross-training, and delivery strategies.
• Collaborate with regional delivery leads and international teams to balance resource needs effectively.
• Coordinate with Finance and HR Business Partners on resource allocation, budget parameters, headcount requests, and plans for organizational scaling.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in resource coordination, workforce management, or business analyst roles within a software or technology-focused environment.
• Experience in Healthcare IT or SaaS enterprises is highly preferred.
• Practical experience with PSA software or enterprise tracking tools, such as OpenAir, Suite Projects Pro NetSuite, FinancialForce, or Mavenlink.
• High proficiency in advanced Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical skills for handling complex schedules, timesheet tracking data, and utilization curves.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills across different time zones.
• Capability to work with executive leaders, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Comfort in a fully remote, globally integrated matrix environment.
• Prior experience in a Professional Services or Consulting delivery organization is preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare payer ecosystems or care management terminology is preferred.
• Experience aiding in organizational migrations or scaling resource tracking databases during mergers/acquisitions is preferred.
• Completion of a pre-employment criminal background check may be required.
