This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee member resolution cases assigned to you from the initial intake to the final resolution.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for complex member issues that require escalation.
β’ Perform outreach to investigate, resolve, and communicate the outcomes of cases.
β’ Offer clear and concise explanations of health plan benefits and available options.
β’ At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare sector.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
β’ Proven experience in assisting members with navigating healthcare services.
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
