This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, oversee, and execute innovative rehabilitation strategies focused on facilitating a successful return to work.
• Cultivate positive relationships with plan sponsors, plan members, treatment providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that plan members receive effective and efficient treatment services.
• Handle daily administrative duties such as responding to emails and phone calls promptly.
• Exhibit resilience and emotional intelligence in interactions with plan members.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• A post-secondary diploma, CEGEP (DEC or DEP), or a bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field.
• Preference given to candidates with education in Health Sciences and direct experience in a rehabilitation environment.
• Strong knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards.
• Familiarity with disability insurance and medical terminology.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to make impactful decisions efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Comfortable managing phone calls.
• Outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities.
• A valid driver's license.
