This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

• Collect feedback from respondents who have utilized our clients' products and services

• Adhere closely to a given script

• Gather comprehensive feedback and provide valuable, high-quality data to our clients

• Exceptional reading, writing, and communication abilities

• Strong typing proficiency with the capability to quickly transcribe spoken responses

• Courteous, friendly, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to influence others and provide verbal guidance

• Proficient in using computers, email, and Google Chrome/Apps

• Capable of addressing technical issues and troubleshooting efficiently and independently

• Quick to adapt to new policies and procedures

• Enjoy working autonomously, are self-driven, and excel at repetitive tasks
