This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Demonstrate the capability to efficiently resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload.
• Effectively communicate with all parties involved in each case.
• Review and assess case files to formulate appropriate legal strategies.
• Independently evaluate case value, including reviewing QME reports and conducting depositions when necessary.
• Ability to calculate demands such as Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Future Medical, etc.
• Manage case negotiations and settlements.
• Willingness to travel to designated trial locations as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in legal Workers’ Compensation.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or surpassing settlement metric requirements.
• Strong understanding of California Workers’ Compensation regulations.
• Proficient in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to analyze legal documents on digital platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to multitask efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is preferred.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams).
