Residential Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Establish strong and reliable partnerships with specialty flooring retailers

• Conduct daily sales calls to existing customers, emphasizing the sale of samples, displays, rolls, and area rugs

• Provide training on product knowledge and offer product consultation

• Actively seek out potential new accounts

• Offer business and product consultations to retailers

• Prepare detailed reports on business transactions and sales activities

• Monitor and manage travel and entertainment expenses, in addition to the sample budget

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred

• A minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience

• Strong communication skills and effective execution management abilities

• Must be a self-motivated individual, capable of working from a home office with minimal supervision

• Exceptional personal presence and interpersonal skills are essential.
