• Target key Builders, Dealers, Designers, and Outdoor Living professionals within your territory.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with end users, designers, architects, and contractors.
• Showcase innovative products such as Porcelain, Tile, Stone, Quarry, Hardwood, LVP, HDPC, and more.
• Consistently meet sales volume and margin performance expectations aligned with company targets and growth objectives.
• Conduct polished and engaging product presentations that generate demand.
• Plan and implement marketing events and campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Prepare pricing proposals and effectively manage bids.
• Maintain precise CRM records, forecasts, and customer profiles.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Visit job sites to support decision-making and update design libraries with new samples.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience, preferably in flooring, design, or residential construction.
• Experience selling to builders, designers, or commercial clients is preferred.
• Excellent persuasion, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Capability to manage pipelines, plan proactively, and maintain organization.
• Familiarity with flooring, surface materials, or phases of real estate construction.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Must be located within the designated region.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, primarily by car, with some air travel as needed.
