Resident Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary strategic technical advisor and main point of contact for designated customers.

• Take ownership of the technical account strategy for assigned clients.

• Create and maintain strategic technical roadmaps.

• Facilitate technical decision-making and architecture review workshops.

• Assist customers in navigating architecture and implementation options.

• Establish evaluations, governance, and observability for complex customer workflows.

• Design and implement strategic technical solutions.

• Provide technical training and support to customer administrators, developers, and stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment of technical plans with Customer Success and Account teams.

• Convert customer challenges into actionable product feedback for engineering.

• Aid in customer governance and security efforts.

• Manage cross-account technical initiatives and develop reusable frameworks.

• Contribute to the Glean customer technical community.

• Influence the SA organization through mentorship and advanced enablement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant experience in technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Software development experience in at least two of the following languages: Python, Java, Go.

• Extensive experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture.

• Strong AI fluency that exceeds basic prompting skills.

• Proficient technical debugging abilities.

• Practical experience with cloud technologies in at least one platform: GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Knowledge of security and audit processes.

• Experience in defining production-readiness criteria for AI-driven workflows.

• Ability to transition AI use cases from prototypes to production-level systems.

• Excellent executive communication and technical account management capabilities.

• Experience supporting customers with complex architectural needs.
