Resident Assistant, Assisted Living

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, bathing, and maintaining their personal surroundings.

• Transport residents within the community for activities, to different departments, or to dining areas.

• Respond promptly and safely to emergency calls, requests from residents and visitors, as well as environmental hazards.

• Review and comply with resident care plans.

• Measure and record vital signs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Must fulfill all state educational requirements for the role.

• CPR certification is preferred.

• Experience working with the elderly population is advantageous.

• A calm, helpful, and respectful demeanor is highly valued.
