Reservations Agent – Customer Support, Hospitality

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee guest inquiries and bookings for 11 STAYERY locations throughout Germany.

• Assist guests prior to their arrival and throughout their stay via email, telephone, WhatsApp, and booking platforms like Booking.com.

• Organize and manage guest information within the Apaleo reservation system.

• Ensure efficient shift-based operations on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays from 07:00 to 22:00.

• Maintain close communication with other teams.

• Proactively contribute to shaping and enhancing operational processes.

• Engage in a trial work session during the Operations Deep Dive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in a dynamic customer support position.

• Passion for the hospitality sector.

• Previous experience in hospitality or tourism is a plus.

• Enjoy interacting with guests over the phone while remaining calm and composed during conversations.

• Prepared to travel to Berlin for approximately one month of in-person onboarding.

• Must reside in Germany; remote work from outside the country is not an option.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Proficient in spoken and written German.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.
